Do you offer pick-up and shipping options?
We do! For pick up orders, you can pick up your order 2-4 business days after it was placed. Pick up is available during business hours, which begin 30 minutes before each day’s first showing. Just give the box office your name when you come in, and they’ll get you your order. As of July 1, 2026 we will hold each pick up for 14 days after the order is placed. While we will reach out to remind you to pick up your orders leading up to that date, your stock will be returned into the system, and you will be charged a restocking fee that is 20% of your total purchase amount. If for any reason you cannot get your order in that timeframe, please contact us to let us know! We are happy to ship it to you for an additional fee.
Please try to limit asking to pick up your order during a rush. Our front of house staff now has to deal with additional traffic of a new theatre, so please be mindful of that! We will always do our best to accommodate you, but please try and work with us while we adjust to the growth and change of the theatre :)
Do you do international shipping?
We can only ship in the US at this time, but are working on expanding to international in the future.
How long will it take for my order to ship out?
Please allow 3-5 business days for local delivery, and 5-10 business days for outside of Chicago.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final, unless the item arrives damaged. Please refer to the measurements in each listing to ensure you are getting your desired fit.
Can we purchase memberships and theatre gift cards through the merchandise webshop?
No, you can only buy the Music Box Theatre memberships and gift cards through the Music Box Theatre’s dedicated website.
