Do you offer pick-up and shipping options?
We do offer both pick up and shipping options for our products. For pick up orders, you can pick up your order 1-2 business days after it was placed. Pick up is available during business hours, which begin 30 minutes before each day’s first showing. Just give the box office your name when you come in, and they’ll get you your order. We will hold each pick up for 30 days after the order is placed. If for any reason you cannot get your order in that timeframe, we’re happy to ship it to you for an additional fee.
Do you do international shipping?
We can only ship in the US at this time, but are working on expanding to international in the future.
How long will it take for my order to ship out?
Please allow 3-5 business days for local delivery, and 5-10 business days for outside of Chicago.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final, unless the item arrives damaged. Please refer to the measurements in each listing to ensure you are getting your desired fit.
Can we purchase memberships and theatre gift cards through this webshop?
No, you can only buy the Music Box Theatre memberships and gift cards through the Music Box Theatre’s dedicated website.
